Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
reconsideration on HOUSE BILL NO. 287 "An Act relating to                      
outdoor advertising on trash receptacles and restrictions on outdoor           
advertising" be held to May 13.  Without objection, it was so                  
ordered.
